Haute-cuisine mixed with old-style village romance, a still working bread.baking oven, a thatched-roof garden patio. Our guests may feel as thogh they were in a museum, they can find pictures and photos from the last century as well as World War One and World War Two memorabilia ont he walls. The building itself is more than 100 year old. We can read the following text inscribed in one of the old beams: "Built in 1876 by Pál Kövecses and Zsuzsanna Budaji, thank goodness to God"
What delicious food is prepared here? For example: Grilled pork by Pipás Pista served on a wooden tray, Sándor Rózsa's (a Hungarian outlaw from the Bakony mountains), beef stew in red wine sauce with nokedli (Hungarian gnocchi), mediterranean dishes and salads as well. This is the Kis Pipa Restaurant, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2012 and greets guests warmly!
